Uninstall Software
Make sure you do not already have the software installed. If you do, you need to uninstall it:

Create an Account
- When you have finished installing the software, the William Hill lobby will launch.
- The login panel will appear, click 'Join Now' in the bottom left.
- A 'new account' window will launch. Complete the forms carefully with registration and enter the code 'rtrake' in the 'Promotional code' field. Finally, deposit and start earning rewards
Register Details
Once you have successfully downloaded and registered your William Hill account please let us know your Screen Name at William Hill:
Do NOT enter your account name we need your poker name when you are seated at the poker table
Uninstall Software
You must make sure that there are no previous installations of William Hill Poker on your computer. To check whether you have a previous installation and to uninstall do the following:
In Windows click START > PROGRAMS > WILLIAM HILL > UNINSTALL WILLIAM HILL
The uninstall wizard will guide you through the process.

Download Software
To download the poker software click on the William Hill logo below and you will be taken to the William Hill Poker website. Click 'Download Poker' (see right) to begin the download. By clicking on the logo, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
Create an Account
Once the software is installed the lobby will appear and you will need to create a new account at William Hill . Click on 'Join Now' bottom left, then 'Create New Account' in the login window. (see right).
The 'Create Account' window will appear. Make sure you Complete all the relevant details and enter the code 'rtrake' in the 'Promotional code' field. Then you can simply deposit at the cashier start playing poker and earning William Hill Rewards with PLP.
Send us your Screen Name
Finally send us your William Hill Screen Name by completing and submitting the form below. Do NOT enter your account name we need your poker name when you are seated at the poker table
